Collecting reviews
Every review FiveOh shows is a Shopify metaobject in your store. You can bring existing reviews in from another app, collect your own with FiveOh, or both at once: all reviews end up in the same place and show in the same blocks.

Judge.me, Loox and the Shop app write their reviews into Shopify’s own review metaobjects themselves, so FiveOh only has to read them. REVIEWS.io and Trustpilot keep reviews on their own servers, so FiveOh fetches them through their API.
Trustpilot service reviews, and rows without a product in a CSV import, become store reviews: reviews about your shop rather than a product.

Troubleshooting
- Reviews are missing: open the source’s card on the dashboard and check its last sync. For REVIEWS.io and Trustpilot, run an Incremental sync.
- Reviews are in the app but not on the storefront: check that they are published, and that a block like the Review List is placed.
