Reviews stored as Shopify’s standard product review metaobjects — including reviews from the Shop app — are detected and kept in sync automatically.

Behavior

• No manual import or credentials are needed.
• Reviews are captured via Shopify webhooks as the metaobjects change.
• They appear in your dashboard and storefront app blocks after sync.

Important

Because these reviews already live in Shopify’s standard metaobjects, FiveOh reads them in place — there is nothing to connect.

Troubleshooting

• If reviews are missing, confirm the reviews exist as standard product review metaobjects on the store.
• If updates lag, wait for sync to complete before rechecking storefront output.
