Reviews stored as Shopify’s standard product review metaobjects, including reviews from the Shop app, are detected and kept in sync automatically.

Behavior

• No manual import or credentials are needed.
• Reviews are captured via Shopify webhooks as the metaobjects change.
• They appear in your dashboard and storefront app blocks after sync.

Important

Because these reviews already live in Shopify’s standard metaobjects, FiveOh reads them in place. There is nothing to connect.

Troubleshooting

• If reviews are missing, confirm the reviews exist as standard product review metaobjects on the store.
• If updates lag, wait for sync to complete before rechecking storefront output.
