Managing reviews

Once reviews are in your store, you manage them from the reviews table in the app dashboard. Each row is a review metaobject you can moderate and enrich.

What you can do

• Moderate — approve or hide reviews and control what shows on the storefront.
• Reply — publish a merchant response under a review.
• Feature — pin your best reviews to the top.
• Verified badge — mark reviews backed by a real order.
• Additional attributes — collect extra rating dimensions like fit or quality.
• Translations — auto-translate reviews into your store languages.

Moderation

Each review has a status that controls storefront visibility. Change a review’s status from the reviews table to publish or hide it. The status also drives the {status} placeholder rendered on each review — see Customising app blocks.

Troubleshooting

• If a change is not visible on the storefront, wait for sync to complete, then reload the page.
• If a review will not publish, check its status and that its product link resolved.
