Additional attributes

Beyond the overall star rating, you can collect extra slider ratings — dimensions like fit, quality or comfort — configured on the Additional attributes page in the app.

Defining an attribute

Each attribute is a slider with:

• Question — what the customer answers on the review form (e.g. “How was the fit?”).
• Label — a short label shown in review lists (e.g. “Fit”).
• Left / Center / Right labels — the slider’s endpoints and midpoint (e.g. Runs small · True to size · Runs large).
• Scale min / max — the numeric range of the slider.

Attributes are scoped to products.

Collection & display

• The question appears as a slider input on the Review Form and Post Purchase Form.
• Submitted values render on each review as a labelled slider, and aggregate across the Review List.

Troubleshooting

• If an attribute is not asked on the form, confirm it is saved and scoped to products.
• If older reviews show no value, they predate the attribute — only reviews collected afterwards carry it.
