Returning Customers

Displays the share of returning customers for a period, e.g. “38% are returning customers”.

When to use

A store-level trust signal for the homepage, footer, or landing pages.

Settings

• Period — Last 24 hours / 7 days / 30 days / All time.
• Text — your copy, using {return_rate} and {return_count}. Default: {return_rate}% are returning customers.
• Minimum percent to show / Minimum count to show — hide below these; set to 0 to ignore.
• Custom CSS — under advanced settings.

This is shop-repeat data. Word it as customers returning to your store — do not claim product repurchase.

Troubleshooting

• If nothing renders, the rate or count is below your minimums, or there is not enough order history yet.
